python安装scipy的步骤解析
1、由于国外网站太慢，所以这里使用的是阿里的镜像
https://mirrors.aliyun.com/pypi/simple/
2、去官网查看，官方给出的安装方法如下：【pip安装和apt的方式两种】
python -m pip install --user numpy scipy matplotlib ipython jupyter pandas sympy nose
sudo apt-get install python-numpy python-scipy python-matplotlib ipython ipython-notebook python-pandas python-sympy python-nose
3、由于我使用的是windows并且安装了pip,所以这里使用pip进行安装
python -m pip install -i https://mirrors.aliyun.com/pypi/simple/ --user numpy scipy matplotlib ipython jupyter pandas sympy nose
4、稍等片刻。。。。。。完成！
